Systems Analyst – Reports Developer – SQL SSRS Salesforce

Our client is seeking a Sr Analyst, CRM & Analytics who will be responsible for building enchanced CRM and Sales Team Reporting and Business Intelligence Reporting using tools like SSRS, Crystal Reports, SQL, BI, and Salesforce reporting.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Will be hands on implementer as well as document requirements, offer solutions, and assist in testing and roll out.

Should be highly technical and be able to troubleshoot issues. We use SQL a lot and we would train on reporting tools and CRM tools.

Must be able to handle multiple initiatives and support efforts at the same time and make visible progress

Be able to work with other development teams and occasionally work with business partners

Job Description

The Sr System Analyst examines existing Information Technology processes and systems, then proposes and implements changes as necessary to meet business objectives. The System Analyst must be able to document and diagram existing and proposed processes, determine solutions to technical problems and guide assigned resources to implement proposed solutions. The Sr System Analyst should be able to lead ad-hoc teams in order to achieve objectives. Frequent communication with team members and internal customers is critical. Strong analysis and written as well as interpersonal communication skills are needed.

Requirements

3+ Years in a Solution Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environment.

Adept with Microsoft Office solutions including Visio, Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

2+ Years applied T-SQL development background with emphasis on development of SQL procedures, functions, triggers, DTS/SSIS packages

2+ Years applied reports and analytics development background on systems such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, BI Intelligence tools, and CRM systems such as Salesforce CRM.

2+ Years experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately to all levels of the organization.

Ideal candidate is able to juggle multiple support and development efforts, has a experience working directly with business partners to identify problems, propose solutions, and has experience working with a wide variety of development teams such as CRM, Data, Analytics & reporting, and web application.
