This position will perform a variety of duties to support global Supply Chain Transactions and Systems and act as the direct liaison between global logistics, field service, IT and finance regarding inventory and order transactions. This position will also serve as the primary global supply chain contact for ERP functional and release strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Inventory and Order Transactions support:
  • Investigate, resolve and support daily ERP transaction errors and exceptions
  • Support reporting & status of outstanding transactions globally
  • Support Finance for monthly and quarterly inventory reconciliation and reporting
  • Master Data Management
  • Support process, compliance and updates for master data required in multiple systems
  • Point of contact for ERP Service related data and reporting for GSC
  • Collaborate with GSC Spares Planners and Logistics Suppliers on distribution issues
  • Review and analyze daily and weekly inventory adjustments and changes
  • Audit applications and processes to ensure data integrity, including management and analysis of the inventory synchronization process between the ERP and Supplier WMS
  • Develop new applications and tools as well as ad hoc and refreshable reports to help with root cause analysis or to streamline related processes
  • Develop deep understanding of ERP Service EDI features and functionality to facilitate analysis, interface with users from the department and IT and resolve issues

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in inventory, distribution and operational procedures
  • Solid ERP and WMS transaction management experience
  • Experience in an outsourced distribution network strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of distribution environments, including purchasing, inventory and warehouse operations
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
