Systems Administrator

Provides technical and engineering expertise in the areas of vulnerability lifecycle management including the design of a patching automation solution as well as operating this solution to patch Linux and Unix operating systems, Vmware hosts, host BIOS,
firmware and drivers as well as third party apps such as Java. Remediation of vulnerabilities discovered during vulnerability scans will be key. Responsible for designing and deploying a patch deployment system and operating it to patch systems in our enterprise
environment. Possesses in-depth knowledge of systems hardware and operating systems software. In-depth knowledge of operating systems internals and network communications.

– Designing patching systems for automation

– Scripting/automation experience with technologies such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible or Ruby

– Vulnerability remediation of RedHat Linux, IBM AIX, Vmware ESXi and third party applications

– Veteran sys admin experience with RedHat Linux and IBM AIX

– Holding a government clearance is a plus, ability to gain government clearance is required
