Digital Infuzion, Inc. is seeking a proven professional to join our DIFZ-IT team. You will function as a Systems Administrator for our internal Service Desk. You will be providing both end user support as well as improving and maintaining the infrastructure with which end user systems are deployed, managed and maintained. You are a thought leader, able to see the big picture without overlooking the details, foster a positive and responsive team environment, and can quickly adjust to a dynamic environment.

You are someone who:

  • Has the ability to guide users through established troubleshooting procedures to identify and resolve technical problems
  • Is resolute and uncompromising in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on preparing clear and concise communication and instructions to end users
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
  • Is able to assimilate new knowledge and apply it quickly in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
  • Is able to research technical issues using available information resources

In this role, you will:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of software, hardware, and network issues
  • Prioritize and escalate issues when required
  • Install, configure, and modify hardware and software to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform physical set-up of desktop hardware and software
  • Provide user training and support

What we require:

  • HS diploma/GED with 5 years Service/Helpdesk experience or Assosiate’s/Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years experience
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of network and printer basics
  • Knowledge of browsers : Chrome, Safari, Firefox, MS Edge, MS Internet Explorer
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with centralized account management

  • Experience with Apple operating systems and hardware
  • Experience with scripting and Powershell
  • Knowledge of VOIP telephony equipment
  • ITIL incident management service processes
  • A+ Certification
