System Migration Analyst I

Job Title: System Migration Analyst

Job Summary: This technical position will work with the System Migration team who provide remote support of Installations, upgrades/conversions, and configuration of ScriptPro systems. Shift to be determined 4 – 10 hour days. Nights or weekends may be required.

Reports To: Manager, System Migration

Shift: Sunday through Wednesday, 4/10 hour days

Scope of the Role:
• Follow remote installation and upgrade procedures for scheduled projects.

• Communicate and work with onsite ScriptPro or Customer Technicians and other internal resources to complete scheduled projects.

• Complete, manage, and assist on site technicians with system or component testing based on configured or standard device/system functionality prior to project completion.

• Assist onsite or other internal resources with system troubleshooting, if necessary.

• Prepare for scheduled projects by reviewing project timelines, attending scope meetings, and/or verify system readiness, if applicable.

• Communicate project status and completion to internal stakeholders and document project notes, issues, or information, as needed, via internal processes.

• Maintain knowledge and readiness for upcoming projects, scheduled or unscheduled.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience in Business or Information technology.

• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Exceptionally collaborative, flexible and adaptable when working with customers and various teams.

Additional Favorable Qualifications:
• Experience with ScriptPro’s suite of pharmacy automation products.

• Experience with interface development.

• Experience with LAN2LAN, modem, EDI, SFTP, SQL and systems security.

• Willingness to obtain DoD clearance and CAC account, for government projects.
