Collaborate with business partners to analyze and understand business problem/need.
Provide subject matter expertise to support provider as needed. Ensure that business practices are represented in support scripts and incident management activates.
Proven analytical skills as applied to system functionality and business/system processes through problem resolution and customer satisfaction
Proven ability to create requirement specifications by organizing requirement gathering workshops, facilitating
Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, moderating focus groups, and structuring interviews.
Extensive experience in creating Vision & Scope document, Business Requirements Document (BRD),
Functional Requirements Document (FRD), and Software Requirements Specification (SRS) by using various modeling standards/techniques including UML, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), wireframes and mock-ups With progressive record of success and consistent high level of achievement within corporate as well as startup environments.
Act as the primary interface for Dev and QA teams during and after sprints
Provide subject matter expertise and oversight to QA provider, as needed.
Support business stakeholders with UAT.
