Responsibility :
Participate as technical lead on project teams

Gather requirements, identify IT tasks, estimate and lead those tasks to completion

Successful and timely completion of project

Log/review company/user development service requests

Use business process knowledge to understand and gather customer requirements as input to application design and software enhancements

Manage implementation process of Enterprise software enhancements as assigned

Address and resolve advanced SX.e helpdesk cases as assigned

Facilitate IDG’s SX.e modification testing process as assigned

Analyze SX.e issues and recommend opportunities for improvement through new/improved work processes and/or additional training

Test new SX.e software releases and upgrades

Coordinate and resolve issues on SX.e upgrades and enhancements

On-call responsibilities for after-hours support of business critical functions

Provide backup support for maintaining the current elements of the system, to include the computer system and peripherals, the operating system, and related application software

Required Skills

Qualifications:
SX.e application experience – REQUIRED

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or Related Subject

Progress Database Administration training certification

Microsoft Office suite

AIX Operating System

SQL

Self motivated

Trouble shooting skills

F9, Financial Reporting

Hyperion

Good verbal and written communication skills
