System Administrator

Gruber Industries is looking for a System Administrator for its North Phoenix corporate office.

Education/Experience

For this position, we are looking for an individual who has a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience, or a person who has 5+ years of experience

Skills Needed to be Successful

The ideal candidate would have experience in the following areas:

• Windows Server (Windows 2003 – Windows 2012)
• CentOS
• Ubuntu Linux (14.04)
• VMWare
• Proxmox
• FreePBX
• Retrospect Backup
• Server setup and configuration
• Network administration
• Windows Terminal Services

Job Duties

Job duties would include (but would not be limited to):

• Developing and improving IT processes

• Serve as Level 2 Help Desk Support
• Maintain network and system integrity and security
• Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, desk phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.

Excellent communication skills are a key consideration for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
