Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Systems Analyst is responsible for the North American L/HC (Laundry and Home Care) Supply Chain testing and interface report. The Analyst acts as a super user for our Supply Chain community of over 300 end users with an FG SKU count totaling over 3,000, and owns training and end user documentation. In a technical capacity, the Analyst is responsible for script writing and test script execution and will be able to translate business requirements to SAP IT support team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Able to learn and understand all business process in relation to SAP ERP execution, supporting over $3 Billion Gross Sales for NA L & HC through exceptional Production Planning, Material Planning and Inventory controls

• Drives system and process improvements; improving ways and working and gap closing options

• Key resource for infrastructure projects and production volume analysis

• Provides reports and interacts with shared services

• Develops and executes Test scripts and testing procedures

• Responsible for delayed interfaces to Steelwedge, Mercury Gate, WMS and other satellite systems alerting and working directly with IT.

• Responsible for IDOC delays and kick out management

• Responsible for EDI interfaces to suppliers i.e. CHEP, to ensuring exception management, delays and kick outs are timely corrected and resubmitted

• Provides master data reviews and support to Shared Services

• Monthly/Ad-hoc Report creation and management

• Key project resource for Supply Chain systems implementations and upgrades

Who we are looking for

• At least 5 years of related work experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment

• Super user mastery level in SAP ERP systems

• Detailed understanding of interfaces from and into SAP ERP including WMS/Red Pirie

• Proven test script writing, execution and end user documentation skills

• Proven experience in ERP SAP end user training within the Supply Chain area

• Ability to clearly communicate information between end users and IT and the knowledge of when issues need to be escalated.
