Supply Chain Project Leader – Systems and Process

We are hiring a supply chain project leader- systems and process within out global faucets business.

As the supply chain project leader – systems and process, you will work as a team member with a supply chain leaders, accounting, marketing, sales, design, engineering, and quality to develop and enhance business processes and systems. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring the service level received from corporate information technology (IT) and super users for the business to run the businesses processes.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Implementing and maintaining the strategic plan for business systems applications for global faucets.
• Work with business leaders and corporate IT to implement operations/supply chain/IT business cases: this includes implementing on-time, within scope, and documentation.
• Manage the selection, installation, testing, development, and training of the business systems, infrastructure and related peripheral systems for global faucets.
• Support global faucets business units worldwide on improving their on-time delivery and overall operations and supply chain performance using the supply chain operations reference (SCOR) and the disciplined use of SCOR level IV and V processes.

Skills/Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor degree from a supply chain or related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of supply chain experience
• Experience with SAP
