Supply Chain Analyst, Play Gift Card

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will conduct data analysis to improve our Google Play Gift Card supply chain. You will help to increase efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Responsibilities

Create systems and methods to gather supply chain data and lead the importation and curation of new data sources.

Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. product availability, forecast accuracy, lead time), and develop operational requirements and standards (e.g. procurement, product distribution).

Expand the reach of systems and tools to build visibility over decision-critical information and enable efficiencies that reduce or eliminate manual tasks.

Define and track KPIs and report on supply chain performance and identify opportunities for supply and fulfillment operations improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

4 years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Process Engineer, Logistics Coordinator or similar role.

Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting.

Preferred qualifications:
Working knowledge of presentation and spreadsheet tools (e.g pivot tables and vlookups, VBA etc.), SQL, and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).

Analytical mind with business acumen.

Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and outstanding organizational ability.
