General Summary
With moderate supervision, stock and ship frame orders to support Altair’s operation.

Essential Functions
Pull frames, parts and related materials in support of daily invoice orders and new consignment sets

Ship daily orders utilizing regular mail, overnight, and ground delivery service according to department standards

Support consignment program changes and invoice orders by assisting in the preparation of frames for shipment, including lab order consolidation

Support operations functions by stocking frames and daily shipping supplies

Support return/refurbishing operations by processing removal and credit paperwork which may include opening mail and sorting returns by frame model

Participate in physical inventories of product when assigned

Coordinate within frame refurbishing area to provide added efficiency by preparing frames and components for refurbishing team

Assist in receiving area by unpacking, staging and counting orders

Clean and assemble frames according to department guidelines

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Ability to read and write at a level necessary to accomplish the above tasks

Approximately one year of distribution/warehouse experience

Ability to lift 40 pounds

Ability to walk or stand 90% of the day

Knowledge of SAP applications.
