The person who will be successful in this role is someone who loves technology, getting into the nitty gritty details of how to make things work and enjoys working with people. You will be successful in this role if you are humble (able to ask for help when needed) and are committed to having things run optimally, always, to the best of your ability.

75% of your time you will:
Maintain, repair, and service equipment and technology needs related to Zoom (our conferencing system)

25% of your time you will:
Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

    • Install and set up our zoom conferencing system across our 4 offices (San Francisco, Palo Alto, Seattle & Rio de Janeiro) with more to come
    • Serve as the go-to point of contact to help repair and solve all zoom related needs
    • Help with any equipment needs that arise and can be solved in-house (or need to be outsourced)
    • Manage zoom well, to ensure it’s running at a high degree of excellence at all times, without fail (or as little as possible) : )

Basic Requirements

    • 1+ years experience diagnosing or repairing PCs or consumer electronics

Preferred Requirements

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Associate degree in PC repair/Networking
    • 1+ years retail or customer service experience
    • A+ certification or equivalent
    • Adaptability
    • Desire to learn
    • Ability to do what needs to be done to solve today’s problems
    • Attention to detail
