The RN Staff Development Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for providing new hire orientation and annual in-service educational programs for all nursing staff. Duties include plans, organizes, coordinates, and implements the company’s nursing staff education programs; evaluates the educational needs to ensure on-going continuing education and adherence to applicable required in-service education for nursing staff; identifies, assesses, and implements in-service programs as needed regarding the satisfactory performance of clinical skills and knowledge; and serves as Infection Control Nurse.
