Position Summary:
Member of the financial team that produces, analyzes, and reports financials and other facility metrics necessary for day to day operations of Assembly and Distribution Center.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual journal entries
• Assist Controller with analysis of results each month
• Analyze production reports for Assembly department
• Complete labor reports for department efficiency analysis
• Work with facility team members on cycle count analysis
• Complete Annual Fixed Asset Inventories
• Complete Account reconciliations and analysis
• Develop and Maintain Operational Manuals as necessary
• Complete Government reports as necessary
• Assist in completing internal and external audit requests as necessary
• Assist in development of budgeting and forecasting figures as necessary
• Drive Process Improvements in Accounting/Reporting processes
• Prepare Ad-hoc requests as necessary
• Participate in Kaizen Events as necessary
• Engage with Site Leaders when required
• Complete Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt Analysis and Reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Business/Accounting Emphasis
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance environment
• Work with Little Supervision
• Strong Work Ethic
• Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• ERP Experience (SAP, AS400, Etc.)
• Individual looking for Career Growth
• Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule
• SAP Experience
