Staff Accountant

This is a full time position at our office in Potrero Hill, and includes Lyft/Uber commuter benefits, stock options, 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision benefits.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable: processing vendor bills, credit card transaction review weekly payment processing and managing vendor relationships
• Accounts receivable: customer invoicing, payment application, collections and managing customer invoicing or payment questions
• Review, assess, and process customer credit applications
• Assist in month-end close work and related tie outs
• Assist with developing and improving accounting policies and metrics
• Be a versatile team player that can perform various tasks ranging from routine accounting to ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

• B.A. in Accounting, Business, Finance, or other quantitative fields
• 1-3 years of accounting-related work experience, preferably at a SaaS company
• Knowledge of operational accounting processes
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, NetSuite is a plus
• Experience with SFDC and intermediate Excel skills strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
