Sr. Web Developer

The Corporate division encompasses the core operational support for all Land O’Lakes businesses. It includes Corporate Strategy, Corporate Communications, Land O’Lakes Foundation and Community Relations, Finance, Law, Member Relations, Facilities, Event Strategy, Security, Human Resources, Information Technology, Corporate Marketing and Government Relations.

Required Experience:
7+ years of experience in web site and web application design/development

7+ years of experience in responsive and mobile-first application design/development

5+ years of experience in web site and web application design/development using content management systems Experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with level A conformance of WCAG 2.0 guidelines The ideal candidate should have a strong software development background and have experience with all aspects of web design, web production, and content management using a content management system.

Requires excellent communication, decision-making, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Ability to communicate accurate technical direction to on-shore and off-shore team members

Ability to working directly with Product Owners and Stakeholders

Ability to multi-task while still hitting business critical deadlines Experience applying software development methodology and standard project management practices and methodologies

Preferred Experience

Working on a SCRUM agile team

Experience using Kentico CMS Experience using .NET

Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience using Azure Cloud Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

Experience using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
