ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Ankura Consulting has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious graphic designer with 2+ years of experience to join the Visual Communications team. Our company is built on a culture that highly values teamwork, creativity, and innovation. This graphics professional must have the ability to understand complex concepts and quickly translate them into solutions and recommendations for visual presentation. This position requires that you must be visual, creative, and able to articulate creative thoughts and ideas related to clients’ work. This graphics professional must be able to work with a team to design persuasive demonstratives for use at trials, arbitrations, and events. Additionally, the Visual Communications team assists internally with branding and marketing as Ankura Consulting is rapidly expanding.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with team to develop effective problem-solving solutions

Work directly with clients and experts to conceptualize and design effective presentations, illustrations, animations, charts, and graphs

Learn to manage engagements at the direction of team leadership

Travel for client meetings and on-site engagements

Work with team leadership to grow business through marketing and branding

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree with a focus in graphic design

Experience in client service, business and/or law firm helpful

Ability to work on multiple projects and organize workload

Must be able to work with clients at all levels

Highly experienced in PowerPoint

Demonstrated proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Excel

Detail-oriented, self-directed, creative and dedicated

Excellent communication skills – visual, written, and verbal

Flexibility – ability to travel, handle multiple tasks, and work under tight deadlines

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Proficiency in video and animation using After Effects and Premiere

Knowledge of 3D modeling/animation

Knowledge of the fundamentals of HTML5 and Javascript
