Sr. SQL Server Developer

We have immediate openings for Sr. SQL Developers located in our Plano office.

Position Summary:

Analyze, design, develop and test SQL Server applications. Must be proficient in Microsoft BI stack.

Create, debug, modify, test, document, maintain, and tune SQL code, stored procedures, views, indices.

Develop reports and application data changes in Production and non-Production environments.

Collaborate with business teams and other developers to define scope of work, deliverables, and level of effort estimates, milestones, and timelines. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs, technical specifications, and code.

Must be able to Analyze, Design, Develop, Test and Publish.

Must be able to:

• Ability to interact with internal business customers to elicit requirements for reporting needs
• Works with full access in the non-Production environments and with limited access in the Production environment

Education, Experience and Knowledge:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft BI stack (SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS), SQL Server 2014
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5 – 7 years experience (Experience can be substituted in lieu of Bachelor’s degree)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify and articulate technical concepts to non-technical business users
