Sr. SQL Database Developer (ETL)

Day to Day:
Numerous ETL projects

Work as part of a team on new development projects and implementations

Serve as mentor to other additional team members

Work hand-in-hand with BI team

Required Skill Sets:
Deep SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) / ETL background

Experience with T-SQL and raw SQL

Experience with tuning stored procedures, TSQL, and indexing

SQL Server 2012 minimum, 2014 and 2016 preferred

Experience with analyzer, profiler, and execution maps.

Knowledge of Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) disciplines including slowly changing dimensions

Knowledge of database loading methods

Knowledge of all phases of the system development life cycle.

Strong problem resolution skills

Strong testing and debugging skills

Demonstrated ability to take ownership & responsibility for development and maintenance projects
