Sr Software Developer – COBOL

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a technically related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development required.
• Technical knowledge in software development methodologies and design.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

· Required Skills :
Mainframe (Z/OS), COBOL, JCL
VSAM
Self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment
Candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Beneficial Skills :
Relational Database/DB2/SQL experience
Familiar with the Agile development methodology
Experience using Optimizer/Analyzer, Expediter, Abend Aid, IDCAMS, FileAid or InterTest, TSO/ROSCOE
