Sr. Project Manager

Roles:

• Interface with Customer Service Dept to track application bugs and issues
• Meet with Stakeholders to plan projects for multiple web applications
• Streamline development new hire placements and manage contracted development when overflow resources are needed
• Providing detailed reporting and monitor efficiencies of all development
• Conducting daily stand up meeting and retrospectives at the end of each sprint, and ensuring that the team is continuously learning from the past.

Skills:

• Experience managing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid development teams to deliver stakeholder expectations for timeliness ad quality.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA Project Management tool
• Experience with MS Office products
• Scrum Master certification a plus

Must be local to Scottsdale area and a US Citizen. No outside agencies, please.
