This role is will be a part of The Agile Program Management Organization (APMO). The team aims to continuously improve project and program delivery throughout our organization. We run first class PMO standards to maintain delivery focused excellence, all while collaborating and learning from one another to win together in a fun and exciting environment as we prepare for the upcoming societal change.

You will join our global team of 9 people whose goal is to improve the execution of our organization’s strategic objectives by ensuring the right things are being delivered correctly for our customers/shareholders.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing the best operating environment for the successful execution of identified objectives of a program. Major program elements include the definition and implementation of a clear governance model for program decisions, the creation of program roadmap aligned to overall program objectives

The following are the key areas of responsibility:

Leading and developing a talented team of 9 Program & Project Managers

Program level results including scope, schedule & budget
Translation of business objectives into operational Key Performance and Risk Indicators that are used to drive successful delivery of program objectives.
Managing Internal & external customer needs and expectations internally to ensure initiatives reflect customer business and technical requirements
Prioritizing projects inside the program(s) the PM owns, set expectations, formally document objectives and program plans, initiate and manage programs, and report progress regularly
Keeping up to date with new industry and technology trends to keep skill set fresh and improve overall effectiveness

Who are you?

Who Are You?

You will be successful in the role with the following:

An MBA/ Master’s degree, 8 – 12 years of experience in program management, with successful management and solution delivery of cross-functional projects.
Experience working in and with Agile development teams and Product Development Life Cycle.
Experience with delivering large-scale programs to market
Experience managing complex programs across multiple disciplines, including engineering, production, subcontractors, marketing, sales, & distribution, and at varying positions in the value chain
History of providing project management to distributed cross functional teams, manage issues cross-functionally and remotely
Ability to interface with all levels in HERE and customers; to manage up, down, and across effectively
Project and program management skills and experience for automotive and/or consumer electronics accounts
