Senior Program Manager for Selection of Enterprise Integration tool

We are seeking a senior-level PROGRAM MANAGER to lead the identification and recommendation of a financial tool such as Cognos, Hyperion, or similar. This new tool will be used for reporting and planning and will sit on top of the existing ERP.

This contract role will be remote with up to 50% travel within the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process to identify and capture the functional requirements
• With Stakeholders, prioritize those requirements based on understanding of business needs
• Identify potential supplier and produce an RFP
• Support the evaluation of responses, demos, and selection processes

Requirements

• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to successfully champion initiatives across the organization.
• Strong experience in Program Management, holding others accountable and understanding best methods of communication
• Experience with available tools such as Cognos, hyperion, CMiC, FMW, others
• Experience in construction industry preferred
• Effectively scale and communicate complex technical concepts, project developments and relevant reports to project stakeholders and organization executives.
• PMP or PgMP required
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience delivering multi-vendor projects successfully.
• Proven Leadership skills.
• Strong adaptability to situations and ever-changing demands
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines
• A calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and stress with ability to stay on top of multiple fast paced projects with multiple concurrent streams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a consistent commitment and ability to work with diverse work groups and individuals
• Strong ability to hold self and others accountable to delivering results
• Proven decision-making capabilities and sound judgment, objectively evaluating pros, cons, trade-offs and alternatives.
• Prior consulting experience preferred
• Experience working cross-functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions.
• Ability to clearly document processes and create project workflows.
