The Application Solutions Analyst leads and performs complex application design, development, and integration. The Application Solutions Analyst makes use of a moderate depth of knowledge across business areas and applications to successfully deliver innovative solutions including major system implementations and enhancements, application system interfaces, functions, and features. This job posting is reflective of the Application Systems Analyst essential functions, qualifications and physical requirements. The Application Developer and Application Solutions Architect levels have variable essential functions, qualifications and physical requirements. Competency and skill set will determine level of placement within the job family.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong communication and problem solving skills

Ability to adapt to frequent changes in assignments

Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and business requirements

Bachelors Degree in related system and/or business related field of study (or equivalent work experience)

Four or more years of hands-on coding experience in
C#/.Net/MVC/SQL

Four or more years of experience in writing Web Services (WCF and WebAPI)

On-call availability required

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS

Demonstrated knowledge of Entity Framework and Repository Pattern

Familiarity with Angular JS

Experience working with JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, HTML and CSS

Ability to thoroughly test your code and resolve defects early

Experience working with Team Foundation Server

Demonstrated ability for problem solving across a wide range of areas

Knowledge of the Company’s business functions and/or the Financial Services industry

Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Excellent verbal and written communications skills to include speaking in front of a group

Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making abilities.

Strong customer relations skills (with all levels of internal and external customers)

Self motivated and directed
