Job Summary:

Sr IT Business Application Manager’s role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, implementation, rollout, deployment and support of Natus’ Oracle Enterprise Applications (CRM/ERP/HCM). In addition, the responsibilities include managing programs for regulatory, financial, and legislative compliance. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide his/her team on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems. This is a hands-on application and project management position.

In this job, you will:

  • Maintains direct knowledge of current and future capabilities across the business applications portfolio including CRM, ERP, and HCM
  • Project Manage Business application rollout to newly acquired company
  • Provides direction for the enterprise application team in support of business operations.
  • Manage on-site and off-shore Implementation and Support team
  • Develops roadmaps and long range plans for all applications in the business and financial applications portfolio
  • Maintains strong understanding of applications technology and its application to achieve business objectives
  • Develops roadmap for upgrades, enhancements, and transition to sunset.
  • Provides strategic and operational leadership for lifecycle management, including selection, implementation, maintenance, upgrade, and enhancement of business applications
  • Incorporates best practices to improve existing organizational methods and processes
  • Works closely with other Natus’ IT leadership in developing short and long range plans
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization including with executives and leaders in Operations, Finance, Quality, Sales and Marketing
  • Ensures that the interaction and communication with key business and Quality leaders and promotes full understanding of business and financial systems strategies and goals
  • Co-manages effective governance and portfolio management of business and financial applications to ensure stakeholder engagement, consensus on prioritization, effective resource management, and functional accountability through all phases of business and financial application and product lifecycle
  • Develops and monitors various metrics of Natus applications systems effectiveness and efficiency including up-time, overall performance and capabilities for disaster recovery
  • Achieving balance between technical and business interests, accomplishing results through third parties, remaining focused on given objectives, modulating speed, quality and costs, and thriving under pressure
  • Knowledge of leadership and staff development practices and principles, coaching, talent management strategies and programs
  • Knowledge of local, state and federal regulatory requirements related to areas of responsibility
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of workforce planning and processes
  • Travel Required, up to 40% (domestic & international)
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a work related field/discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Ten (10) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
  • Minimum of two or more CRM and ERP systems such as Oracle E-business, Siebel, Demantra, Hyperion, and OBIEE
  • Experienced in managing team of functional and technical consultants onsite and offshore in different time zone to cover multiple locations.
  • Previous experience instablishing the strategic direction and business plans for the business and financial IT systems group
  • Manage complex projects and resources (people, costs, and time) across multiple sub-teams. In addition, knowing how to negotiate, plan and organize, analyze and resolve problems.
