Sr. Graphic Visual Designer

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Services Manager to provide creative vision and leadership to support project objectives.
• Assist with project assignment and oversight of projects in the Creative Services queue.
• Utilize project management system to help manage, monitor, and report team progress on project deliverables.
• Create and update graphics, layouts and animations for digital marketing and corporate communication assets, including crown.com, landing pages, apps, emails, e-commerce solutions, etc.
• Create and updates graphics, layouts and illustrations for printed marketing and corporate communication materials including brochures, specification sheets, retail marketing materials, tradeshow displays, etc.
• Research new products and developments regarding print design, interface design, video, apps and interactive media.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent, along with three to five years prior experience is required.
• Proficient with Mac computers and related graphics software, including Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with video, 3D design or web related experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate concepts and design rationale both verbally and in writing is necessary.
• Strong project management skills are preferred.
