Sr. Customer Service Representative

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Sr. Customer Service Rep to work in our West Bend Warehouse facilities!!!

The Customer Service Rep’s primary responsibility is to handle day to day warehouse logistics operations for a large demanding customer.

Job Duties:

1. Utilizes consistent work procedures, organizes work to be completed and expedites workflow for all Wisconsin WB customers.

2. Ensures the completion of all work duties within the office. Examines the outcome of the work duties for exactness, neatness and conformity.

3. Works cooperatively with other team members to ensure timely processing of loads and customer satisfaction.

4. Completes timely processing of data related to shipping and receiving.

5. Communicates with customers by phone, fax, email or EDI.

6. Receives orders for production and/or shipping or for a change.

7. Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered.

8. Enters information for services and distributes accordingly.

9. Monitors inventory and relates products available to customer.

10. Completes time sheet studies accurately.

11. Ensures that all customers are billed correctly and in a timely manner.

Experience & Educational Requirements :

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to communicate to customers and internal staff members in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Ability to perform general mathematical calculations.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Exceptional customer service skills over the phone and in person.
• High level of prioritization skills in a fast paced environment.
