Detailed Description

What You’ll Be Working On-

·
Provides network engineering specifications

·
Manages, administers and maintains network hardware and software

·
Develops standardized technical documentation

·
Performs hardware and software maintenance

·
Provides effective project controls by monitoring progress and providing appropriate updates to senior management

·
Develops and implements methodologies, policies and procedures to ensure that systems are in compliance with and consistent with Dunkin’ Brands SDLC standards

·
Ensures that that processes and documentation are adequate and effective to meet specifications and audit requirements

·
Oversees IT vendors to ensure timely delivery and excellence of services

·
Monitors customer satisfaction levels and maintain efficient and cost-effective services

Job Requirements

What You’ll Need-

·
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with formal course work or equivalent knowledge in relevant core systems required

·
7+
years of progressive experience working within an IT department including experience working on core systems and related technologies

·
Minimum 5 years’ experience in various Unix platform (Solaris and Linux Operating systems)

·
Minimum 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Windows Servers infrastructure including Active Directory management and implementation

·
Experience with AWS cloud platforms and AWS Cloud-Watch implementations

·
Experience building AWS EC2 instances

·
Experience developing and maintaining auto scaling and elastic load balancing (ELB) capabilities

·
Understanding of access management and security groups (i.e. LDAP, S3 bucket, CloudTrail, SSH, VPN, etc.)

·
Should be able to architect security solutions such as intrusion prevention, penetration testing, scanning and monitoring to meet security controls in AWS platforms

·
Minimum of 3 to 5-year experience architecting and building AWS cloud based platform and infrastructure; AWS certification would be a plus

·
Minimum of 4 years’ experience with implementing/managing VMWare ESX infrastructure including vCenter
