Sr. Analyst, Performance Analysis

Position Overview:
The Miami-based position is responsible for analyzing and evaluating performance, marketing initiatives and promotions. The position is also responsible for developing sales and volume forecasts and conducting product-level performance analyses. The position conducts ongoing analyses to evaluate business performance across markets. The position helps guide the marketing and overall business strategy of the performance analysis group.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for analyzing and evaluating performance, marketing initiatives and promotions

Helps guide the marketing and overall business strategy of the performance analysis group

Essential Duties:
Analyzes sales, volume and pricing data to evaluate business performance, product promotions, marketing programs and pricing strategies

Makes data-driven recommendations for product, promotional and business strategies

Provides appropriate parties with timely, accurate and insightful analyses of marketing programs, test results and market performance

Generates monthly volume summaries and forecasts to ensure success of marketing strategies; delivers weekly analysis of market performance for LAC to executive leadership

Works cross functionally with multiple teams to gather information and analyze results to drive sales and profitability in LAC

Gathers local analytics and develops reporting structure for ongoing information exchange

Builds new models to create efficiencies in data evaluation

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

2 years of field related experience

Skills:
Advanced MS Excel and Powepoint skills (will be tested during interviews)

Self-starter who has the ability and desire to learn the business and fix problems

Strong problem solving skills and organized thinking process

Strong communication and presentation skills

Manages own time to meet objectives

Flexibility to deal with different cultures and languages
