The Collaboration Architect at Kraft Heinz will have the accountability of both envisioning and delivering the transformation of our end user platforms, images, and services on a global scale. This position will define the future state architectural standards and principles required to consolidate and establish the necessary foundation for ongoing end user integration and growth.

Sr. Analyst, IT – Global Logistics

Position Summary

:

The Information Technology aligned position as Senior Analyst/EDI Analyst will have responsibility for executing Logistics projects and initiatives as part of the broader Global Logistics IT Team. Work with both internal and external resources and clients on various projects supporting Logistics with a focus on Distribution projects in the External Warehousing space partnering with our B2B team to install SAP/EDI-enabled solutions for 3PLs via the Kraft Heinz Fusion model. Role will perform analysis work related to system and process design and delivery within Kraft Heinz focused on our SAP/EDI enabled integration with 3PLs and partners. Activities include requirements gathering and disposition, functional specification authoring, configuration, test script authoring and testing, user acceptance testing, implementation, Hypercare, and continuous improvement. Data analysis also a part of the role as it pertains to designing the solution.

Role will have 3. Minor levels of production support expected as part of Project go live and Hypercare activities. Ongoing SME to IT Operations team providing guidance and expertise. Candidate must have 1-5 years of Information Systems / Technology experience or experience in the Integrated Supply Chain functional area; directly with Distribution and Transportation functionality is desired Experience with full lifecycle project delivery from Blueprinting thru Hypercare is desired.

Position Responsibilities and Relationships

The position is responsible for the delivery and sustainability of the Kraft Heinz EDI model called Fusion as part of a larger team. The hired candidate will be accountable helping deliver projects in support of integrating KHC 3rd Party Logistics providers. Position will be part of designing SAP Interfaces and come up with EDI mapping requirement to ensure compliance to all business requirements. Analyze all EDI implementations and recommend improvements to processes and coordinate with trading partners to resolve all issues effectively. Document EDI solutions for system development life cycle and maintain all documents. Strong team affinity and relationship building is a must as the resource will work with a varied team mix including business analysts, project managers and project business team. Person will also interact heavily with partner companies and consultants spread across the globe as part of project activities and delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in any related discipline

1-5 years of

experience in Information Systems / Information Technology or Integrated Supply Chain function

·

Minimum 1-3 years of in SAP OTC experience with exposure to IDOC and EDI is a must

·

Good problem solving/analysis skills

·

Strong communication skills

·

Experience working in Consumer Product Goods industry a plus

·

Self-Starter, driven with high business process acumen

·

Project Management experience

·

Positive attitude with the ability to work across different business stakeholder and technical teams to accomplish complex tasks

·

Ongoing travel requirements range from 10-25%.
