Summary
The Adobe Analytics team is looking for a Quality Engineer Developer to join us in building the next release of our Digital Marketing optimization technology. That position will be responsible for the integrity and quality of a critical piece of Adobe Analytics. Responsibilities
Code and maintain UI/API testing framework for Java/JavaScript applications
Work with developer team on defining test strategy, test plans and validating both new and existing functionality
Design and automate tests for functional and API testing to ensure complete test coverage for all areas of the product with a meticulous attention to detail
Analyze bugs, results and write detailed reports that accurately isolate the problem
Assist development team in debugging code and implementing solutions
Drive cross team technology related communications
Requirements
Software Quality Engineering Development
Experience in Object-Oriented Java development / JavaScript / Junit
Experience with React.js / Jasmine / Enzyme a plus
Experience with Web Services (SOAP and REST) is a plus
Familiar with one of the popular automation testing technologies, such as Selenium
Ability to analyze, isolate and document complex technical issues
Must be a quick learner and able to transform a simple example into a comprehensive test suite that fully exercises a defined set of functionality
Database
Experience in MySQL and/or other big data based large databases
Strong experience on SQL
Others
Ability to achieve results with little supervision or direction
Ability to avoid distractions and deliver against deadlines
Organized and detail-oriented personality
Proactive and positive attitude, good team work, be proactive working with others
Be able to articulate ideas clearly
