Title: Software Engineer

Location: Dallas, Texas

Job Purpose:
Join the RewardStyle Family! We are looking for a talented and customer focused individual contributor who has a passion for tackling challenging features and interesting problems at large scale. Work with a team of highly motivated and fast moving professionals focused on creating innovative features and products.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement one of rewardStyle’s key proprietary technologies

Leverage experience with one or more of the following: PHP, Python, GO, and SQL

to improve this complex technology.

Qualifications:
BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.

1-3 years of software development in web, software, or mobile.

Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese. Ability to communicate/interact with our global team.

Experience with any of the following technologies: JavaScript/CSS/Golang/Python/Node.js.

Helpful, can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of problems

“Self-starter”” attitude and ability to make decisions independently

Strong verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
