About You:

You are naturally technical and looking for an environment where you can grow your programming skills. You write code for fun in your free time and are good at explaining technical concepts to moderately technical people.

What you will do for us:

• Complete development of new functionality to support PFL’s Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) efforts
• Work with the support team to resolve end user issues through queries or development
• Escalate issues to lead developers or architects to ensure timely resolution
• Work with the developers and architect to ensure that new functionality adheres to standards and improves system performance
• Manage the publishing process
• Find and repair software defects
• Create new functionality that coordinates with existing code with minimum impact in run time

Your Skills:

• Knowledge of .NET framework, JavaScript and SQL
• The ability to learn new technologies at a rapid pace
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical people
• Ability to push the limits and elevate the performance of other developers around you
