Social Media Marketing Assistant

Company: Phoenix Tree Publishing Inc is the subsidiary of Beijing Language and Culture University Press in United States. We are dedicated to provide Chinese learning materials and culture-related books. We are seeking a social media assistant to support the Marketing Department. This position is responsible for producing marketing research and analysis, providing social media platform maintenance, providing administrative support within the department, planning and execution marketing strategy, and communicating to the clients, etc.

Job description:

• Independently create market analysis reports, market research reports, and various other reports and presentations as needed
• Help the marketing and sales team develop and execute marketing strategy
• Brand and promote company’s product and service by using varies social media platform, including WeChat, Mailchimps, Facebook, and offcial Website generate sales and audience grow
• Assist with creation of marketing and promotional materials (both print and digital format) using design software, including but not limit to Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, etc
• Client management and development
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required, preferably in English Literature, ESL, TESOL, Business, Marketing, or major with a minimum GPA of 3.0.;
• Must be fluent in Chinese and English in both written and communication;
• Previous experience with social media platform management is preferred;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
• Basic understanding of SAP and visual design software (InDesign or Photoshop) is a plus;
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with others effectively;
• Possess creative and strategic thinking.
• Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions;
• Ability to deal with pressure;
• Willing to work overtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 /hour
