At A Glance

The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of all forms of Social media, including but not limited to the following: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google + and the use of (SEO)Search Engine Optimization. You will be an integral part of the Bonaventure Marketing Team. Your primary responsibilities will include the development and execution of a successful and sustainable Social Media Marketing Plan and the continual improvement of the online Reputation Management of Bonaventure Senior Living.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
Supporting strategic communications, social media and brand awareness activities for the company.

Creating a Social Media Marketing Plan to include:
Create Social Media objectives and goals for each social media platform

Conduct bi-annual social media audits

Create and establish ownership and naming rights for all social media platforms

Optimize all social media profiles for SEO to generate more web traffic

Overseeing and driving engagement across all Bonaventure social media platforms

Monitor, compare and contrast our media efforts and results to those of our competitors

Create and maintain a content plan and editorial calendar

Continually test, evaluate and adjust the Social Media Marketing Plan as need to maximize results.

Oversight of our online Reputation Management

Leverage services that help Bonaventure elicit positive reviews

Work with communities to engage residents and develop positive brand awareness

Enhance the power rankings of favorable review websites

Optimize our website for mobile users

Monitor and rectify negative reviews through immediate communication with proper Bonaventure personnel and the use of push down, de-indexing and corrective actions.
