Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator position is in the Paid Media Dept. and encompasses both paid ads and organic posts for clients across various social platforms. This team member will work closely with marketing, content, and design/development teams to create, manage, and analyze social media campaigns for clients and our own internal efforts.

Primary responsibilities:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment where your work is part of a bigger plan and program.
• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders and team players to create continuity in campaigns.
• Design, create, and manage paid social ads on Facebook and other platforms
• Analyze Facebook campaign data, KPIs, and make decisions based on results
• Create unified social media campaigns for a variety of clients in different verticals
• Schedule and post content to various social channels
• Manage notifications and participate in customer engagement across social channels
• Other responsibilities as assigned/agreed upon from leadership team

Qualifications and experience required:

• Experience with various social media campaign efforts, both organic and paid
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong storytelling skills
• Excellent grammar and attention to detail is a must
• Understanding of industry best practices and ability to create the right content for the right social channels and audience
• Passionate about social media and digital technologies
• Creative thinker able to ideate and strategize social media programs and tactics based upon data and client goals
• Proven strong use of social media as well as solid understanding of the larger social conversation
• Ability to analyze measurement data and analytics to provide feedback on the needs of the community
• Experience with Facebook Business Manager and/or HeyOrca is helpful.
• Self-motivated but also thrives working in a team environment
