Social Media Content Specialist

Expectations:

• Research & develop relevant, engaging content to post on clients social media accounts in regular intervals.
• Interact with clients by phone & email to build social media strategies & manage relationships.
• Monitor client social media pages for reviews, pages posts, etc., and alert client if action needs to be taken.
• Prepare regular reporting on engagement, page growth, creative suggestions, etc.
• Feel comfortable softly upselling clients on additional services, such as Facebook ads, SEO & more.
• Feel comfortable coming up with unique, creative Social campaigns for higher end accounts.
• Utilize analytics tools to access and improve performance
• Positive, team friendly and customer oriented attitude

Requirements:

• Tech savvy, highly skilled on all major social media platforms.
• Creative, energetic & motivated.
• Comfortable speaking with clients through phone & email.
• Excellent writing & communication skills
• Highly organized and able to multi-task

Bonus:

• Experience with creative design & editing with Photoshop or similar tools
