Service Representative

Sabadell is seeking a Service Representative to join a dynamic new team within one of the fastest growing banks in Florida.

Responsibilities

Maintain good rapport with clients.

Assist with all aspects of service including but not limited to deposit accounts, loans, debit cards, and online banking.

Answer busy telephones, adhere to authentication procedures.

Document the nature of the call and follow-through using Salesforce, Insight, or other tools.

Follow through to ensure clients’ needs are met.

Support staff with general office duties – faxing, scanning, and filing.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 2+ years of banking customer service experience.

Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Thorough knowledge of deposit products, Microsoft Office, and Internet Explorer; basic knowledge of loan products.

Ability to multi-task, navigating varied computer applications with accuracy and timeliness within the daily routine.

Demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to interact with all levels of management.

Must be organized and detail oriented.

Some college and business course background preferred.

Knowledge of FIS online banking, Metavante Insight, Salesforce, and Optima is a plus.
