Service Dispatcher / Customer Representative HVAC

We have an immediate opening for an HVAC Technician Coordinator / Customer Representative
. This position requires someone who is a self-driver, able to spot problems and find solutions, someone who holds themselves accountable for a high quality work product & enjoys helping people. If this sounds like you then we’d like you to apply!

Primary Job Function: Maintain the service technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Receive phone calls from customers and assist them with their issues. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times. Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information. Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing.

Pay Scale: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour, DOE + Benefits

Work Hours: 8.00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed occasionally

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  
• Experienced in answering multiple line phone system
  
• Prior dispatching, scheduling, process management or project management experience required
  
• Customer service experience is preferred
  
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
  
• Experience with mapping is a plus
  
• Knowledge of industry is preferred
