JOB SUMMARY:
As a Service Billing Professional, your responsibilities will include: Daily review of work orders that are completed by field service, auditing Technician notes and ensuring the customer is billed correctly for service fees and equipment, ensuring proper package pricing, identifying system problems and finding solutions to fix the problems. You will also be working with IT to implement changes to the system. This is an On-Site position, located in our Provo, UT Corporate office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review completed work orders to ensure proper billing for our customers.

Work with other team members that are remote

Identify and report problems in the system to supervisor

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Knowledge of Excel

Salesforce Experience

Computer Literate

Ability to Multi task

UAT testing experience

Great communication skills/ communicating with multiple departments on a daily basis

Basic accounting principles

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Salesforce Knowledge

Accounting/finance background
