Senior Unica Campaign Marketer/Developer

PCH is currently seeking a Senior Unica Campaign Marketer / Developer . This role is responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaign solutions for internal business units. The marketing team which focuses on cross channel campaign and offer management is the primary business partner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and gather campaign requirements from the company business units
• Fully understand the marketing program and backend measurements
• Educate and enforce the best practices in campaign design and execution
• Design and prepare campaign flows, macros, segments
• Lead internal team of campaign developers to design / monitor and execute
• Lead stakeholder meetings and collaborate with business clients on prioritization and issue resolutions

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing or Computer Science
• 6 – 8 years’ experience using IBM’s Unica Campaign solution preferred
• Prior experience in marketing database solutions; experience in direct mail marketing a plus
• Experience in process improvement, database development, data process engineering, CRM solutions, software development, or master data management
• Ability to write highly complex Unica flows
• Strong project coordination skills and decision making skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface with both internal and external teams
