Instart Logic is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to join our IaaS Operations team. This team is responsible for building and supporting production infrastructure within our data centers and cloud providers. This is an operations focussed position in which you will assist in day to day management and deployment of the infrastructure that makes our network and data centers go.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, maintain, and deploy infrastructure and services in our data centers and public clouds.
  
• Manage common infrastructure services used by all Instart Logic systems in our data centers and public clouds.
  
• Perform system and application administration, troubleshooting, and deployments.
  
• Contribute to on-call rotation and escalations.

REQUIREMENTS

• You’ve worked in a high-availability SaaS environment, providing 24×7 service
  
• You have experience with configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt or CFengine
  
• You have experience with bash/shell and/or python/perl scripting
  
• You are comfortable with network routing and traffic management concepts and troubleshooting
  
• You have 5+ year experience in Unix or Linux systems Administration
  
• You have experience deploying and managing VMWare environments
  
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• You possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
