Senior Software & Internet Developer

GiftCertificates.com is currently looking to fill the position Senior Internet & Software Developer. The qualified individual will need to be flexible and have good communication skills, written and oral. This position will be involved with supporting and enhancing our e-commerce website, internal applications, and should be familiar and comfortable with OWASP standards. This individual will also be required to assist with root cause analysis in supporting production platforms, ability to troubleshoot code and SQL Server stored procedures, and able to analyze and follow order and data flow between multiple systems. Maturity in following formalized software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes is a must.

Minimum Requirements:
5+ years web production experience as a .NET developer using C# and ASP.NET

5+ years production experience with .NET web services

5+ years production experience with MSMQ

5+ years production experience with RDBMS, analyzing/debugging queries and stored procedures.

Strong analytical and problems solving skills

N-Tier application development

Fluent with Visual Studio, HTML, dHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML

Coding of custom web controls

Coding of .NET Windows Services

OWASP

IIS 6 administration, configuration and optimization

Knowledge of SQL Server 2005

Experience working with load balanced websites in a high-availability environment

Experience conforming to formal SDLC and internal ticketing system process, source control

Must be able to carry company cell phone 24-7.

Desired Skills:
1. Communication with various members of the company, both technical and non-technical, and ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral capacity

2. .NET 4.0

3. Familiarity with PCI Data Security Standards

4. Experience with IIS 7 and SQL 2008
