Senior Software Developer/Integration

Our client is seeking a Senor Software Developer who has a the ability to collaborate with team members on a wide range of software development tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to become a member of their real-time analytics team, you will be the lead engineer responsible for integrating their platform with diverse data sources. Including, capturing audio from calls in progress over VoIP and TDM channels, as well as acquiring call metadata from third-party contact center and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain system components related to audio and metadata acquisition from third-party systems, working independently and in collaboration with other team members
• Work directly with customers and third parties to design deployment architectures and identify configuration details
• Diagnose SIP/RTP interoperability issues such as codec negotiation
• Assist quality assurance with testing, product managers with planning, sales with proposals, and other departments with activities related to your products

Requirements

• Experience building enterprise-scale applications; BA/BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred
• Windows development using C# and object-oriented design principles
• Experience with agile software development methodologies such as scrum
• Working knowledge of SIP/RTP, H.323, SCCP, and TDM telephony
• Working knowledge of data encryption

Pluses:

• Software development for Linux as well as Windows using tools such as .NET, Mono, ASP, AJAX, Javascript, AngularJS, CSS, Backbone, and SignalR
• Experience with SIPREC and call recorders such as Nice, Verint, or Telstrat
• Experience with Acme Packet (Oracle) Net-Net session border controllers
• Experience with PBX/ACD/CTI from Asterisk, Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with PCI-DSS compliance
