Senior Software Developer

P osition : Senior Software Developer (Data Analytics/Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing)

L ocation : Huntsville

C learance : Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities: Work with the project management team and customer to capture functional and technical requirements related to Data Analytics/ Business Intelligence/ Data Warehousing Work with the project m anagement team on software and dashboard development projects to control cost, schedule, communications, personnel, etc. Support a disciplined approach to software/solution development using an iterative development approach Develop SDLC documentation to include but not limited to Detailed Design Documents, Use Cases, and supporting project documentation Ensure the environment maintains compliance with organization policies, e.g. information assurance policies, governance policies, information architecture, enterprise architecture, etc. Work with data warehousing methodologies/designs and processes Develop SQL Queries to support the development of Business Intelligence Dashboards Develop Dashboard using dashboarding tools to include but not limited to SSRS, SSAS, MS Visual Studio, and Telerik

Desired Skills: .Net; Visual Studio; ASP.Net; Java Scripting; CSS Ability to Develop Use Cases; Demonstrated ability to write SQL queries and use of Microsoft SQL Server database tables and connectivity Experience working with warehousing methodologies/designs and processes Experience with other BI tools such as SSRS, SSAS , SSIS, and Telerik Critical thinking a must. Problem solving skills with the ability to look for root causes and implementable, workable solutions

Relevant Certification: Required CompTIA Security+ (prefer) ITIL Foundation (prefer) MCTS: Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Configuration (prefer) MCTS: MS Office SharePoint Server 2007, Configuration

R equirements : Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for a ccess to classified information Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully collaborate with team members . Excellent customer facing and communication skills. MDA experience a plus.
