Senior Software Developer – Visvero, Inc. – Pittsburgh, PA. Multiple openings. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Design or customize software to optimize operational efficiency. Involvement in Systems Development Life Cycle, including project definition, design, coding and development, system and integration testing, User Acceptance Testing, and implementation, as well as mapping development, using ETL tools. Requires experience in software application development and maintenance and Extract, Transform, Load and Data Warehousing tools. Requires experience in programming languages, including SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, CICS, and COBOL. Database experience in DB2, Oracle, or SQL server required. Must be willing to relocate to various unanticipated worksites throughout the USA. Requires Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field (will accept a Master’s equivalent based on a combination of education as determined by a professional evaluation service). Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field (will accept a Bachelor’s equivalent based on a combination of education as determined by a professional evaluation service) plus 5 years progressive experience as a Software Developer, Systems Analyst, or related position.
