St. Luke’s Health Partners (SLHP) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Boise, Idaho!

The Senior Project Manager will be part of the Business Intelligence & Analytics team. The BI Team is focused on supporting the SLHP strategy and associated action plans through delivery of new internal and external facing visualization tools. The Analytics PM will support the formulation, development, qualification and deployment of these new analytics products and services. He or she will be responsible for organizing and leading a cross-functional team in developing and implementing project deliverables with an emphasis on quality, productivity and consistency.

Job Responsibilities:

Simultaneously manage multiple enterprise cross-functional projects to successful completion on time and within budget while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

Communicate with various business areas and to gather and prioritize their business requirements.

Ability to lead, set direction and model effective leadership behaviors in dealing with individuals from the cross-functional teams.

Lead project management activities through all phases of a project lifecycle: Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.

Develop project plan and manage to plan throughout project lifecycle, including tracking progress, baseline analysis, negotiating project scope, schedule and/or budget changes, to ensure the successful completion of project based on identified deliverables and success metrics.

Utilize industry best practices to help contribute toward the continuous improvement of SLHP project deployment standards and delivery.

Minimum Requirements include:

Bachelor’s degree with preference in engineering, healthcare, process design, performance technology, statistical analysis, information systems/computer science or business administration or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

4 years of additional relevant experience.

Experience in managing business intelligence and data driven projects.
