Senior PeopleSoft Financials Lead – Public Sector

In the role of PeopleSoft Financial Consultant you are responsible for providing functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development life cycle. This role is a post-production support onsite at the client. You will also configure the PeopleSoft system to meet each client’s unique business requirements.

This position requires travel for projects executed at SCI client sites nationwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide PeopleSoft Financials post-production support consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire system development life cycle

Assist clients in fully integrating the PeopleSoft Financials modules including but not limited to: ePro, Purchasing, AP/PO, GL/KK, Expenses and Billing into their current business environments and provide input on best practices

Advise clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems

Configure the PeopleSoft system to meet each client’s unique business requirements

Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner

Report progress to clients and project managers

Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft solutions

Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology

REQUIRED SKILLS

Minimum of five years PeopleSoft experience in PeopleSoft Financials modules including but not limited to: ePro, Purchasing, AP/PO, GL/KK, Expenses and Billing

Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 or higher

PeopleSoft project upgrade and implementation experience

Ability to work on all project phases

Expert knowledge in PeopleSoft Financials

Ability to work on all project phases

Proven business knowledge as well as PeopleSoft specific functional knowledge
