Senior Organizational Change Consultant

Prescott Solutions is a privately-held technology firm providing IT and ERP contingent labor and consulting services to mid-market and Fortune 500 companies nationwide. Prescott Solutions was founded under the expectation that a niche boutique firm could deliver quality technical resources to larger firms that don’t specialize in the technology staffing industry.

Our client is a top growing Consulting Firm who specializes in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) market for mid-size to large organizations across the world. This is a full-time position located in Denver, Colorado. We are looking to fill a position with an energetic Consultant who enjoy helping Clients improve their business processes and organizational change management.

Experience Requirements

• Experienced organizational change management consultant
• Perform analysis and advice on how to improve an organization’s productivity
• Gather and analyze data and develop possible solutions to make a recommendation to a client
• Experience working with different groups and types of people
• General understanding of organizational structures across business function

Technology Requirements:

• An understanding of business requirements
• Consulting experience (2-3 years) – Big Five environment a plus (IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, etc.)
• Systems implementation experience with business systems (ERP, CRM, HCM) or experience working with these types of systems and a general knowledge of how they work

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in business related area required, advanced degree preferred (MBA)
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
• Experience in Manufacturing and Distribution a plus
• Good communication skills
• Experience and desire to work with/on a team
• Project management experience (an understanding of projects and how they work)
• Ability to travel – approx. 50%
